Resepi Pizza

Petang semalam ada seorang sahabat tanya pasal resepi pizza. Saya cari semula resepi pizza yang saya belajar dengan Wendy Kor dulu; tapi pizza dia lebih kurang sama je dengan resepi Amy Beh. Resepi Amy Beh ada banyak ditampilkan di www.kuali.com
Sebenarnya buat pizza ni taklah susah sangat. Cincai macam manapun akan jadi pizza juga. Macam buat bubur lambuk. Lambuk lah apa saja akan jadi bubur lambuk juga ia.

Resepi ini saya ambil dari kuali

CHICKEN PIZZA
Ingredients
Pizza dough:
120g plain flour
120g high protein flour
1 tsp easy blend instant yeast

Combine:
1 tbsp olive oil
150-160ml lukewarm water
1/4 tsp salt

Topping:
200g minced deboned chicken meat
1/2 a green capsicum, thinly sliced
1 onion, cut into rings
1 tomato, cut into rings
5 stuffed olives, cut into rings
2-3 tbsp tomato puree (canned or bottled tomato puree)
100g grated mozzarella cheese
Grated Parmesan cheese (guna mozarella saja pun boleh)

Herb seasoning:
pinch of thyme
pinch of rosemary
dash of Italian seasoning
parsley flakes

Method:
Sift plain flour and high protein flour into a mixing bowl. Fit machine with a dough blade. Add in yeast and combined water mixture. Beat mixture for two to three minutes or until a smooth dough is formed. (Takde mesin uli dengan tangan je pun boleh)

Cover the dough and set aside to proof for 35 to 40 minutes. Knock down the dough and place it on a lightly floured tabletop. Knead by hand for two to three minutes.

Roll out dough to fit a 28-30cm pizza tray or pan and brush the surface with a little olive oil.(guna minyak masak je..)

Bake in preheated oven at 180 ºC for eight to 10 minutes. Remove dough out to cool slightly. Spread tomato puree on dough base. Arrange some mozzarella cheese evenly over the tomato puree.

Top up with cooked chicken meat and the rest of the ingredients. Sprinkle herb seasoning for extra flavouring.

Top with parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 200 ºC or until dough is golden and the cheese melts. Serve hot.
